Meet Amanda
I'm Amanda McLaughlin, PhD — a coach, author, and higher education leader. My degrees in psychology shape how I coach: I focus on how people actually grow, make decisions, and build confidence, not just on checklists.
I spent eight years in higher education helping students make the leap from campus to career, and I've also worked on the corporate side at Dun & Bradstreet. Today I bring that same approach to young adults and their families, one-on-one and in groups.
We talk through where you are, where you want to be, and whether we're a fit.
We map your goals to your values and strengths, then pick a package that fits.
